What a surprise to log on my own blog today and see your comment! When I put my thought in my blog, I never thought that my blog could be read by anyone, even get any comment for it!&lt;br&gt;
3 days have passed after that day. I haven't been out of the flu but now I feel better.&lt;br&gt;

I feel useless alot, when ever I don't do as well as I had hoped on an exan, or when my netball coach puts me on bench for a full game and when the team loses, tellsme that I was what they needed. The way I overcome these emotions, is when I get home I put everything aside and give myself some indulgence (check out my blog for some nice ideas) Oor I go shopping, call up some friends and go clubbong, or even deck out in front of the telly for some me time with the simpsons. Exercise releases endorphins and will make you feel better, so take a walk, But by all means necessary PLEASE REFRAIN FROM HAVING A CHOCOLATE BINGE! you will regret it later. All work sucks, so suck it up and think of the dough. Good luck and get well soon...! &lt;br&gt;
